At Touch of Smiles Dental Care, we often use dental implants to restore our patients’ missing teeth. However, for most implant restorations, there is a waiting period between getting your implants and anchoring your teeth to them. The implants need time to heal and fuse with your jawbone.
However, if you’re a good candidate for a same-day smile procedure, you won’t have to wait to get your new teeth. You’ll leave our office with implants and functional teeth all on the same day. Dr. Ra can secure a set of temporary teeth to your implants just after they are embedded in your jaw.
We routinely use an All-on-4® or All-on-6 procedure to accomplish this. With these techniques, we can replace an entire arch of teeth with just four or six implants, respectively. Your new teeth will stay firmly in place thanks to the implants. You’ll enjoy many benefits:

First of all I got there a half hour before my appointment and was waited on right away. Second of all, the dentist was great at performing the service I needed from the beginning to the end and made me aware of everything that he was doing as well as made sure that I was feeling okay the entire time. Dr. Susan Ra, and her staff saved my Thanksgiving holiday! 1 week before Thanksgiving I had a tremendous tooth ache, and had to have a tooth extraction. Well Touch of Smiles was able to fit me into their busy pre holiday schedule, and perform the necessary dental work in a remarkably efficient manner. After the necessary surgery my mouth started feeling a lot better right away, thus I was able to enjoy my Thanksgiving dinner! With a same-day smile procedure, you can have dental implants and new teeth all in one day. If necessary, we can remove any remaining teeth during the same appointment to make room for your new teeth.
